An entrepreneur, Canadian gift expert and specialist in product design and manufacturing, Juliette has spent the last fifteen years assisting planners in the Corporate and Incentive Travel Market.  Juliette has an intricate knowledge of how programs are run and operated.  This knowledge has helped develop the policies and procedures at Idea Incentives that better serve you.

With a B.A. from Simon Fraser University where she played Varsity Basketball, Juliette went on to study creative design and production using various mediums including glass, wood and textiles.  Developing symbolic gifts and designing quality apparel has been a key focus for Idea Incentives and Juliette. 

Juliette is committed to serving the international meetings and incentives industry and is an active member of various associations.  Having developed an intricate knowledge of how successful gift programs are created and delivered, she is committed to assisting planners in creating exceptional gift programs and believes in product and service excellence, and values long-term relationships.  She is committed to artistic excellence. Lee McGuire

Director of Operations

Lee McGuire is the Director of Operations, and supervises the systems management and I.T. development for our Vancouver gift company. Lee has worked in destination services, assisting several destination management companies with event décor and on site hospitality and ensures that staff members are trained to manage the details of our programs. With several years as a Technical Analyst, Lee ensures that our systems are functional and effective. He is also responsible for the development and marketing of our Canada gifts monthly newsletter, and assumes the role of communicating accurate market data from the market development coordinator. Lee is well respected by our industry planners. In his spare time Lee enjoys traveling, riding and hiking.
