In compliance with BC liquor laws as outlined in the BC Liquor Control and Licensing Act and the Regulations under this Act, Idea Incentives provides our clients with the option of adding alcohol or non-alcohol beverages to any gift basket.  Alcohol may be added to a gift basket only if the gift basket is to be delivered within the province of British Columbia, Canada.  When purchasing alcohol on your behalf, we are considered under the Act to be a delivery service. Customers will be charged for the alcohol at the liquor store price and a service charge applies for our delivery service.  Please review our Alcohol Policy & Delivery Service notes under Policies page.
